摘  要：专业群建设是区域产业发展和职业教育的必然产物，是职业教育办学自我实现的需求。调查研究发现，高职院校专业群建设中存在领导教师重视不足、认识不深，与区域产业契合度不高，特色不鲜明等问题;菏泽家政职业学院在建设实践中，在顶层设计、教师评价标准、产业调研、教学资源等方面科学建设，并建议工作实践中调动各层面的热情、结合传统办学特色、密切学生的发展诉求。

关键词：菏泽市  职业教育  专业群  产业发展。

The Practice and Research of Heze Vocational Schools Major Construction Serving Regional Industry Development

Abstract： Major group construction is the inevitable product of regional industrial development and vocational education， and the demand of self realization of vocational education. Investigation and research found that there are problems in the construction of  major group in higher vocational colleges， such as insufficient attention from leaders and teachers， insufficient integration with local industries， and lack of distinct characteristics; Heze Jia Zheng Vocational College has completed scientific construction in practice， including top-level design， teacher evaluation criteria， industrial research and teaching resources. We should mobilize all levels of enthusiasm in work practice， combine traditional school running characteristics and closely develop students' aspirations.

2019年1月，《國务院关于印发国家职业教育改革实施方案的通知》[1]提出具体指标“到2022年，建设50所高水平高等职业学校和150个骨干专业（群），提高高职高专院校对地方经济建设的服务能力”[2]。高职院校构建专业群的总体思路应该是在区域经济视角下，对接区域产业调整和升级，从产业链、职业岗位群、核心专业建设、产业复合性人才培养等方面构建专业群，深化专业内涵发展，这些是国家的要求，人民的希望，更是学校自我实现、特色发展的诉求。

菏泽市着力建设“231”特色产业体系[3]，全流程打造两大核心产业——生物医药和高端化工，高品质提升3个优势产业——农副产品精深加工、机电设备制造、商贸物流，大力度培育新能源新材料、新一代信息技术、现代服务业等新兴产业集群，以特色产业带动高质量发展。目前菏泽市有职业院校多所，然而专业与区域经济社会的契合度不够理想，对于重点产业的智力支持不足，品牌专业、专业群建设在省内仍较为落后。……
