摘  要：图书馆是学生除课堂外能提升自我的最佳场所，因此，高校有必要提升对于图书馆的管理效率，合理利用图书馆资源，完善图书馆相关规章制度，充分发挥图书馆的教育意义，为培养高素质人才创造有利环境。本文针对高校图书馆的管理现状，针对图书馆存在的问题提出相应措施，并顺应时代的发展，积极利用信息技术和大数据，就如何有效提高高校图书馆的管理效率进行探讨。

How to Effectively Improve the Management Efficiency of University Library

Abstract： The library is the best place for students to improve themselves in addition to the classroom. Therefore， it is necessary for colleges and universities to improve the management efficiency of the library， rationally use library resources， improve the relevant rules and regulations of the library， and give full play to the educational significance of the library ， To create a favorable environment for cultivating high-quality talents. According to the management status of university libraries， this article proposes corresponding measures for the problems existing in the library， and conforms to the development of the times， actively using information technology and big data， and discusses how to effectively improve the management efficiency of university libraries.

图书馆作为高校的重要组成部分，其蕴藏着丰富的教学文献和资源，具有教学研究的一手工具，同时也是师生课余时间得以继续学习的主要场所。高校图书馆有利于推动学校教育改革以及提升学校整体教学水平，在传播知识的同时也可培养学生的道德素养和文化素养。因此，高校必须加强对于图书馆管理工作的意识，切实提高图书馆的服务和管理能力，针对图书馆存在的问题提出相应措施，并顺应时代的发展，积极利用信息技术和大数据，实现图书馆资源共享，不断提升图书馆的辅助教学作用，使得高校图书馆得以更好地服务于师生。

1  高校图书馆管理工作中出现的问题

1.1 过于追求图书数量而忽略了图书质量的管控

经教育管理机构对高校图书馆进行评估和考察发现，在我国一部分高校图书馆中藏书虽多，但真正有质量、有水平的图书占比却少，图书重“量”但不重“质”。……
