摘  要：由中远海运集团推出的“中欧陆海快线”在中欧贸易便利化的进程中发挥着越来越重要的作用，被称为“中欧物流第三大通道”。本文解析了DPU术语下其完整的业务流程，并对其中各个参与方之间的法律及业务关系进行了梳理，最后详细描述了单证流、信息流、集装箱流在各方之间流转的形式，从而展现了中欧陆海快线的业务运作模式。

Business Operation Model Analysis of China-Europe Land-Sea Express

Abstract： The China-Europe Land-Sea Express is playing an increasingly important role in the trade convenient process between China and Europe， known as the "Third major logistics channel between China and Europe". First， this paper describes its complete business process under DPU rule. Then the legal and business relations between the various parties in the business are summarized. Finally， the business operation mode of the China-Europe Land-Sea Express is presented in the form of document flow， information flow and container flow between the parties.

随着“一带一路”倡议的深入人心，中欧间的贸易往来越來越密切，在传统远东欧洲航线和中欧班列的基础上，中远海运集团以比雷埃夫斯港（以下简称“比港”）为枢纽，积极打造“中欧陆海快线”产品，开辟出更为高效、便捷的“中欧物流第三通道”，为中国和欧洲之间的贸易商提供更多的选择。

从物流的角度来看，“中欧陆海快线”对于大多数中欧及巴尔干半岛国家的贸易商而言，缩短了航程，降低了成本;而从历史和政治角度来说，作为“中欧互联互通平台”，对于拉近中国与上述地区的经济和产业联系有着重要意义，具有广阔的发展前景。因此，作为一种国际多式联运的具体表现形式，中欧陆海快线的业务运作模式值得展开深入分析，为科学研究的进一步发展与科学管理的开展奠定基础。
