摘  要：本文主要从新工科背景下应用型本科院校人才培养质量评价研究出发，并结合当下本科院校新工科背景下人才培养模式进行阐述说明。在新时代发展的背景下，社会对人才的需求也逐渐提升，并且也越来越重视对应用型人才的培养，在“新工科”的背景下，应当在教育模式上进行不断的更新。为了在教育教学中更加创新，相关的政府部门也应当加强对内容的重视程度，不断增加教师师资力量，从而构建完善的课程体系，创建沟通交流平台，这样才可以培养出符合社会发展需要的应用型人才。

Abstract： This paper mainly starts from the research on the quality evaluation of talent training in applied undergraduate colleges under the background of new engineering， and expounds the training mode of talents in the context of new engineering in the current undergraduate colleges. In the background of the new era， the demand for talents is also gradually improved， and more and more attention is paid to the training of applied talents. In the context of "new engineering"， we should constantly update the education mode. In order to be more innovative in education and teaching， relevant government departments should also strengthen the importance of content， increase teachers' faculty strength， and build a perfect curriculum system and establish communication and exchange platform， so as to cultivate the applied talents in line with the needs of social development.

为主动应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革，支撑服务创新驱动发展、“中国制造2025”等一系列国家战略，2017年2月以来，教育部积极推进新工科建设，协调推动新工科专业结构调整和人才培养质量提升，全力探索形成领跑全球工程教育的中国模式。在新工科的背景下，人才培养存在着较多的问题，其中表现较为明显的就是专业性缺乏，在硬件以及软件的配置上并不合理，同时也缺少相关的教育实践内容，尤其是对于电子类的课程内容，这类的内容不仅可以让学生掌握更多的实践知识，同时还可以让学生具备较强的实践应用能力，但是在教学的过程中却难以达到教学的效果，由此可见，在人才培养的过程中应当与国际接轨，从而培养符合社会发展需要的人才[1]。……
