摘  要：当前飞速发展的社会主义洪流中，需要大量有理想、有信念、有担当的新时代社会主义建设者。我们正处于求学阶段的高校学生正是国家储备人才的中坚力量。在高校学子中大力培养学生的马克思主义观是提升广大青年学子思想政治素质水准的重要手段。坚持以马克思主义理论作为青年人思维成长之路的引向标，契合当前国际社会政治发展趋势，以中国特色社会主义新时代为培养主旨，做好高校青年的马克思主义思想教育。高校青年在马克思主义的熏陶下能够以更饱满的热情投入到社会主义建设中去，不辜负党和国家对青年学子的殷切希望，在思维意识中形成具有长远目光的政治思维格局，进一步拓宽“青马工程”在广大青年学子中施行的广度与力度。在今后的发展之路中才能以此为根本，成为真正的中国特色社会主义践行者。

Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Young Marxists in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

Abstract： In the current rapid development of socialism， a large number of new era socialist builders with ideals， beliefs and responsibilities are needed. Our college students in the stage of study are the backbone of the national reserve of talents. It is an important means to improve the ideological and political quality of young students to cultivate students' Marxist view among college students. Adhere to the Marxist theory as the guide for the growth of young people's thinking， in line with the current trend of international social and political development， take the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the main purpose of training， and do a good job of Marxist ideological education for young people in colleges and universities. Under the influence of Marxism， college youth can devote themselves to the socialist construction with more enthusiasm， live up to the ardent hope of the party and the state for young students， form a political thinking pattern with long-term vision in their thinking consciousness， and further broaden the breadth and strength of the implementation of the "Qingma Project" in the vast number of young students. In the future development road， we can take this as the basis and become the real practitioner of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
