摘  要：在新形势背景下，高校政治辅导员是该校政治工作的重要领路人，决定了该校学生群体的思想政治教育工作质量，因此强化高校政治辅导员素质尤为重要。各高校应注意做好政治辅导员的专业培训工作，从多重角度切入，来提高辅导员的思想政治修养，全面加强辅导员队伍建设。该文将简单分析新形势下强化高校政治辅导员素质的关键要点，希望能为高校辅导员职业培训工作有所帮助。

Abstract： Under the background of the new situation， the political counselors in colleges and universities are the important guides of the political work of the University， which determines the quality of the ideological and political education of the students. Therefore， it is particularly important to strengthen the quality of college political instructors. Colleges and universities should pay attention to the professional training of political instructors， improve their ideological and political cultivation from multiple perspectives， and comprehensively strengthen the construction of counselors. This paper will simply analyze the key points of strengthening the quality of college political counselors under the new situation， hoping to be helpful for the vocational training of college counselors.

作為一名高校政治辅导员，应具备崇高的政治素质、宽泛的文化素质、良好的心理素质与高尚的道德素质。其中，崇高的政治素质要求辅导员应坚守正确的政治立场与民族道义，用政治观念武装头脑，树立崇高的政治理想;宽泛的文化素质要求辅导员应认真学习科学文化知识，丰富自身文化内涵，灵活运用各种文化知识解决日常工作与生活中的问题，不断提高自身文化修养;良好的心理素质则是指辅导员应保持乐观、健康、积极向上的心态，正确面对日常工作中的压力，学会克服负面心理因素，塑造坚强的意志;高尚的道德素质则指辅导员应恪守道德准则，为学生树立好榜样，不断提高个人师德修养，用高尚的品德教育和影响学生。
