摘 要：随着新能源汽车的迅速发展，相关的新能源汽车后市场对具有新能源汽车理论知识和实践能力的高素质维修人才的需求日益增加。汽车类高职院校一直为汽车后市场输送大量的汽车维修人才，但多是针对传统燃油车维修人才进行培养，对于新能源汽车人才培养的课程体系还不够完善，学校与产业之间出现了脱节现象。基于红旗订单校企合作项目得的推进，红旗新能源汽车的车型信息、汽车结构，以及维修使用上可以掌握详细的资料，并且对于一汽红旗销售公司的市场需求进行了调研，根据社会及市场的需求，不断发展建设新能源汽车人才培养体系，并输送技能型人才去企业实践，适应企业技术文化的需求。

Reform and Practice of New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Talent Training System Based on Hongqi Project

Abstract：With the rapid development of new energy vehicles， the relevant new energy vehicle aftermarket has an increasing demand for high-quality maintenance personnel with theoretical knowledge and practical capabilities of new energy vehicles. Automotive vocational colleges have always provided a large number of automobile maintenance talents for the automotive aftermarket， but most of them are for training traditional fuel vehicle maintenance talents. The curriculum system for new energy automobile talent training is not perfect， and there is a disjointed phenomenon of the relationship between schools and industries. Based on the advancement of the Hongqi order school-enterprise cooperation project， the model information， vehicle structure， and maintenance and use of Hongqi New Energy Automobile can be mastered in detail， and the market demand of FAW Hongqi Sales Company has been investigated. As the social and market demand continue to develop， the article means to build a new energy vehicle talent training system， and send skilled talents to practice in the company to meet the needs of corporate technology and culture.

1 新能源汽車发展现状

国务院在《“十三五”国家战略性新兴产业发展规划》中提出要大量提升新能源汽车应用比例，推动新能源汽车产业文化水平，截止到2020年，我国年产销量达到200万辆以上，累计产销量超过510万辆。从吉林省来看，吉林省现有新能源整车、关键部件生产企业，以及相关科研单位共21家。其中，新能源整车企业5家，关键部件企业8家，从事新能源汽车相关领域研发单位7家。目前，全省已具备年产3万辆新能源汽车生产能力。自主品牌新能源汽车开发取得进展，吉林省内自主品牌新能源汽车生产企业主要有一汽新能源、一汽红旗、一汽吉林、一汽客车、长春新能源公司等5家企业，累计有78款新能源新产品进入国家公告目录，其中：客车44款，乘用车和专用车各17款。……
