摘  要：目的  探讨将川芎平喘合剂应用于老年支气管哮喘患者对其肺功能及临床效果产生的重要影响。方法  随机抽取90例，均为齐河县人民医院在2019年1月～2019年12月期间诊治的老年支气管哮喘患者，应用随机数字表抽取法划分为对照组（n=45，布地奈德常规治疗）与观察组（n=45，川芎平喘合剂联合常规治疗），记录并分析两组患者的中医症候积分、肺功能指标及IL-6、TNF-α指标。结果  观察组患者的各项症状积分同比对照组患者明显更低（P<0.05）;观察组患者的FEV1、PEF指标明显高于治疗前及对照组患者（P<0.05）;观察组患者的IL-6、TNF-α指标明显低于治疗前及对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论  将川芎平喘合剂应用于老年支气管哮喘患者，其临床症状明显改善，炎性反应得到有效抑制，肺功能指标明显提升，整体治疗效果显著，值得临床应用。

Abstract： Objective  To investigate the effect of Chuanxiong Pingchuan mixture on lung function and clinical effect in elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods  90 cases of senile bronchial asthma treated by Qihe County People's Hospital during january 2019～december 2019 were randomLy selected and divided into control group（n=45， budesonide routine treatment） and observation group（n=45， chuanxiong pingchuan mixture combined with routine treatment）. TCM symptom score， pulmonary function index and IL-6、TNF-α index were recorded and analyzed in the two groups. Results  The symptom scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）; the FEV1、PEF indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）; the IL-6、TNF-α indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）， and all the data differences were statistically significant.Conclusion  Using Chuanxiong Pingchuan mixture in elderly patients with bronchial asthma， the clinical symptoms are obviously improved， the inflammatory response is effectively suppressed， the pulmonary function index is significantly improved， and the overall treatment effect is remarkable， which is worthy of clinical adoption.

作為临床较为常见的气道慢性炎症类疾病，支气管哮喘的主要表现症状为咳嗽、气喘、胸闷等，清晨、夜晚为症状的主要发作或加剧时间，且容易反复发作[1]。现阶段，西医主要通过糖皮质激素、支气管扩张剂等药物达到短期治愈的效果，但副作用大、反复发作等缺点也显而易见[2]。中医中药在治疗此类疾病方面经验丰富，不仅标本兼顾且药效持久、无副作用且复发率较低，效果显著的同时具备了广阔的应用空间[3]。现将研究内容作以下汇报。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

随机抽取90例，均为齐河县人民医院在2019年1月～2019年12月期间诊治的老年支气管哮喘患者，应用随机数字表抽取法划分为对照组（n=45，布地奈德常规治疗）与观察组（n=45，川芎平喘合剂联合常规治疗）。对照组中抽取的男性患者共计25例，女性患者共计20例;年龄范围60～75岁，平均年龄为（67.68±3.43）岁;病程1～15年，平均病程为（7.55±0.48）年。……
