【摘  要】信息化时代的到来，为管理会计提供了广阔的舞台。但受制于管理会计理论体系和管理框架以及人才培养体系不完備，能够满足企业实际需求的管理会计人才非常匮乏。管理会计源于财务会计，但又脱离于财务会计，其应参与到企业经营活动的全链条中，发挥重要的管控职能，促进企业提质增效。虽然目前企业管理层已普遍意识到管理会计的重要性，但在实务中，管理会计的效能并没有完全释放出来。论文分析了我国管理会计应用现状，并提出了几点能够提升管理会计实践能力的建议。

【Abstract】The coming of informatization age provides a broad stage for management accounting. However， due to the imperfection of management accounting theory system， management framework and personnel training system， there is a shortage of management accounting talents who can meet the actual needs of enterprises. Management accounting originates from financial accounting， but it is separated from financial accounting. It should participate in the whole chain of business activities in enterprises， play an important control function， and promote the quality and efficiency of enterprises. Although the management of enterprises has been generally aware of the importance of management accounting， but in practice， the effectiveness of management accounting has not been fully released. This paper analyzes the current situation of the application of management accounting in China， and puts forward some suggestions to improve the practical ability of management accounting.

1 我国管理会计发展现状

管理会计是一个管理学名词，它主要运用会计学理论开展管理工作，管理会计着重于控制和分析经济活动，以改善企业的经营管理和提升经济效益，是一个动态的管控过程。通过对经营过程中的财务信息和非财务信息进行分析、总结和归纳，进而捕捉到关键信息，促进经营过程管控效率的提升。

从我国财务管理现状来看，仍然以财务会计为主，管理会计为辅。财务会计经过多年的理论与实践探索已经形成了一整套严谨的管理体系，受到了国家相关法律法规的规范和约束。而管理会计自20世纪70年代引入我国以来，多以学术理论研究为主，实践经验非常匮乏，且尚未形成完整的管理框架，尚处于发展初期。
