【摘  要】处理废钢的Y81-1500型金属打包液压机具有生产效率高、工艺性优等性能指标，可以将一定厚度以下的边角边料、线材、钢带、切屑等轻薄废钢，挤压成具有一定尺寸规格和紧密度的包块，以便于存储、运输和入炉冶炼，满足钢铁和再生资源企业对废钢的处理要求。论文介绍了Y81-1500型金属打包液压机的研制情况，阐述了Y81-1500型金属打包液压机的组成和工作原理，介绍了Y81-1500型金属打包液压机的设备结构和控制要求。产品运行效果表明：其能够满足设备的技术要求，从而降低钢铁生产企业的生产成本，提高产品竞争力，具有良好的行业推广价值和产品使用效果。

【Abstract】Y81-1500 metal briquetting hydraulic press for scrap treatment has high production efficiency， excellent manufacturability and other performance indexes. It can extrude the light and thin scrap below a certain thickness， such as edge， wire， steel strip and chip， into a certain size and compactness enclosed mass， so as to facilitate storage， transportation and smelting， and meet the scrap treatment requirements of steel and renewable resources enterprises. This paper introduces the development condition of Y81-1500 metal briquetting hydraulic press， expounds the composition and working principle of Y81-1500 metal briquetting hydraulic press， and introduces the equipment structure and control requirements of Y81-1500 metal briquetting hydraulic press. The operation effect of the product shows that it can meet the technical requirements of the equipment，so as to  reduce the production cost of iron and steel production enterprises， improve the product competitiveness， and has good industry promotion value and product use effect.

1 引言

对于钢厂、金属等企业而言，设计一款用于打包有色金属废料的打包设备，不仅可以便于对废弃钢材的运输，而且还可以节省废弃钢材的存放空间，提高工作效率。Y81-1500型金属打包液压机是一款冷束块打包设备，其能够将废弃钢材打包成长方体包块。由于该设备采取的旋转合盖式结构，尤其是料箱的开口比较大，因此，在填料等方面具有独特的优势。而且其采取的是液压驱动，因此，具有工作效率高、打包压力大的特点，在废弃钢材打包行业中具有巨大的推广价值。

2 打包液压机的总体结构组成

Y81-1500型金属打包液压机由主机、电气系统、液压系统等组成。主机由机身、主压油缸、门盖油缸、开门油缸等组成。
