摘 要 疫情期间阅读变得尤其重要，为了能使图书馆在此期间继续发挥公共服务的能力，本文研究一个提供线上服务的方式为图书馆提供线上应急服务提供借鉴。利用微信社交特性和小程序的特殊能力展开线上朗读活动应用的研发，包括设计思路、关键方法和技术、建设中出现的主要问题及解决方法，完成了作品采集、作品展示、作品管理、读者互动等的功能。通过一段时期的运行表明该服务模式取得了显著的效果，为图书馆克服时空限制，开展高质量、泛在化的应急服务提供了良好的借鉴意义。

Abstract Reading has become particularly important during the epidemic period. In order to enable the library to continue to play its public service ability during this period， this paper studies a way to provide online service， which can provide reference for the library to provide online emergency service. Using the social characteristics of Wechat and the special ability of small programs to carry out the research and development of the application of online reading activities， including design ideas， key methods and technologies， main problems and solutions in the construction， and completed the functions of work collection， work display， work management， reader interaction， etc. Through a period of operation， it shows that the service mode has achieved remarkable results， which provides a good reference for the library to overcome the space-time constraints and carry out high-quality， ubiquitous emergency services.

在这场突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中，居家隔离、保持社交距离、不聚集等措施有效地防止了疫情的进一步扩散。这一突发公共卫生事件，也使得常规的公共服务受到影响，人们不能再像往常一样前往公共场所，很多线下活动被暂停。公共服务能够满足民众生活、生存与发展的某种直接需求，而图书馆恰好是提供精神文明生活享受的公共服务场所，民众可以从阅读中获得收益和享受。

1 小程序在图书馆应用的可行性

1.1 图书馆线上应急服务的必要性

在新冠疫情防控的特殊时期，图书馆作为公共场所第一时间采取了闭馆措施，停止了一切线下读者服务，直到7月份还未恢复全面开放。武汉方舱医院的“读书哥”一夜走红网络，是因为他在确诊后，在医院嘈杂纷繁的环境下还保持着健康良好的心态捧起书本阅读。……
