摘要 在乡村振兴战略的引领下，浙江省安吉县美丽乡村建设成效显著，涌现出的一大批环境优美、产业兴旺的示范村，但随着美丽乡村建设不断深入，多數村庄在发展的过程中都出现了“发展不平衡，后劲不足，单打独斗多”等问题，为此，安吉县积极探索“多村联创”发展模式，着眼优化产业布局，侧重产业多样，让村与村通过资源共享、优势互补、抱团发展，激活村庄发展的内生动力，克服发展后期的滞缓问题，努力实现乡村全面振兴。

The Practical Experience and Enlightenment of the Development Model of “Multi village Joint Innovation”—A Case Study of Anji County， Zhejiang Province

Abstract Under the guidance of the strategy of rural revitalization， the construction of beautiful villages in Anji County， Zhejiang Province has achieved remarkable results， and a large number of demonstration villages with beautiful environment and prosperous industry have emerged.However， with the continuous deepening of the construction of beautiful villages， most villages have problems such as “unbalanced development， lack of stamina， fighting alone” and so on.For this reason， Anji County actively explores the development model of “multi village joint innovation” and focuses on optimizing the industrial layout， places extra emphasis on industrial diversity， lets villages and villages through resource sharing， complementary advantages， group development， to activate the endogenous driving force of village development， overcome the problem of stagnation in the later stage of development， and strive to achieve rural revitalization in an all round way.

实施乡村振兴战略，是实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的必然要求。《中国乡村振兴产业发展研究报告（2018）》显示，近年来乡村经济增长比率已经远超许多城市。城市化进入中后期发展阶段，乡村振兴进入新阶段，用新乡村发展模式推动乡村振兴是全面建设小康社会的主攻方向[1]。针对当下乡村发展的活力与后劲不足难题，业界学者进行了诸多研究：李玉恒等[2]认为依托优势资源，发展特色产业是提升乡村内生动力的重要抓手，而民众主观能动性、新型经营主体的构建是增强乡村内生动力的关键因素;汪锦军等[3]认为乡村振兴的关键不是增加资源投入，而是要建立一个乡村振兴与城镇化相融相通的认知体系，只有城乡真正实现有机互动，才能真正激发乡村振兴的内生动力，实现乡村的持久振兴。……
