摘要 [目的]研究火炭母水提液的体内及体外抗氧化活性。[方法]采用体外试验测定火炭母水提液对超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基的清除能力;体内试验以秀丽隐杆线虫为模型，测定火炭母水提液对线虫寿命和应激损伤的影响。[结果]火炭母水提液对超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基具有一定的清除能力，并且随着浓度的增加，自由基清除率逐渐增强;50 mg/mL火炭母水提液可以显著延长线虫寿命，并且提高线虫在急性热应激和氧化应激条件下的存活率。[结论]火炭母水提液具有良好的抗氧化活性，该研究为火炭母开发成为天然抗氧化剂和保健产品提供理论基础。

Study on Antioxidant Activity of Polygonum chinese L.Water Extracts in vitro and in vivo

Abstract [Objective]To study the antioxidant activity of Polygonum chinese L.water extracts in vitro and in vivo.[Method]The in vitro test was used to determine the scavenging ability of the Polygonum chinese water extract on superoxide anion free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals.In vivo，Caenorhabditis elegans were used to study the effects of Polygonum chinese  water extracts on lifespan，hot stress and oxidative stress.[Result]The water extract of Polygonum chinese  had a certain scavenging ability to superoxide anion free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals，and as the concentration increases，the free radical scavenging rate gradually increased.The treatment with 50 mg/mL Polygonum chinese water extracts could increase the lifespan，and obviously improve the survival rate of C.elegans under hot stress and oxidative stress.[Conclusion]The water extract of Polygonum chinese has good antioxidant activity.This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of Polygonum chinese as a natural antioxidant and health care product.

机体正常的代谢活动会产生自由基，正常情况下自由基的产生与清除会处于一种动态平衡状态，但当体内自由基积累过多或机体抗氧化机能下降，过量的自由基会造成过氧化反应的发生并加速组织功能的损伤，此类氧化损伤也是造成肿瘤等疾病及机体衰老的原因之一[1-2]。因此，人们将关注点转向具有良好抗氧化活性的天然产物，而中药因其成分天然、整体均衡调节和毒副作用小等优点受到广泛关注[3]。火炭母（Polygonum chinese L.）为蓼科蓼属植物，是民间常见的中草药，曾被收录于1977年版《中华人民共和国药典》、2004年《广东省药材地方标准》、2014年《广西壮族自治区瑶药材质量标准 第一卷》[4-6]，具有清热除湿、凉血解毒、利肝明目、活血舒筋等功效[7]。……
