摘 要：[目的/意義]中国情报学年会暨情报学与情报工作发展论坛是国内情报学领域著名的学术会议，也是加强中国情报学学界和业界交流合作、展示情报学和情报工作发展趋势的重要平台。2020年12月5—8日，以“应对不确定的未来：情报学和情报工作的使命与挑战”为主题的2020中国情报学年会暨情报学与情报工作发展论坛在广州召开。对会议相关成果的及时总结，有助于新理念和新成果的分享与了解，为更多同仁的未来研究提供一定的参考。[方法/过程]本文以此次会议收录的论文为综述对象，依据研究主题对论文进行归纳和总结，选取有代表性的论文进行主题内容梳理。[结果/结论]本届年会论文聚焦情报学和情报工作的前沿和热点问题，充分展现了当前情报学与情报工作在学科和事业变化发展中的前沿研究成果，总体而言呈现研究方法丰富多样、研究主题交叉融合、研究视野开放包容的特点。

Abstract：[Purpose/Significance]China Information Science Annual Conference and Information Science and Information Work Development Forum is a well-known academic conference in the field of information science in China.It is also an important platform to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the Chinese information science community and the industry，and to showcase the development trend of information science and intelligence work.From December 5 to December 8，2020，the 2020 China Informatics Annual Conference and Informatics and Intelligence Work Development Forum with the theme of“Addressing an Uncertain Future：Missions and Challenges of Informatics and Intelligence Work”was held in Guangzhou.The timely summary of the relevant results of the conference is helpful to the sharing and understanding of new ideas and new results，and provides a certain reference for more colleagues in the future research.[Method/Process]This article took the papers collected in this conference as the review object，summarized the papers in termes of research theme，and selected representative papers to sort out the theme content.[Results/Conclusions]The papers of this years conference focused on the frontiers and hot issues of information science and intelligence work，and fully demonstrated the current frontier research results of information science and information work in the development of disciplines and careers，and generally presented rich research methods Diversity，cross integration of research themes，and open and inclusive research horizons.

日新月异的新技术和新环境使得情报学和情报工作的核心内容和应用场景发生了深刻的变革。面对不确定的未来，情报学和情报工作的教育和发展，既面临着转型升级的巨大挑战，也面临着创新发展的大好机遇。情报学和情报工作应把握变革时的挑战和机遇，在保持本色的前提下回应新的发展需求和探索新的发展途径。……
