【摘  要】在当前时期，国企体制改革工作正在深入开展，对国企发展产生了一定的促进作用，其经济效益得到明显提升，然而在国企中普遍存在党建工作不够理想的状况。目前，国企改革的速度较快，党建工作却较为滞后，党组织应有的作用难以真正发挥，所以要寻找可行措施解决存在的问题。论文针对国有企业中的党组织、工会组织间存在的关联性展开深入探析，提出党建工作中存在的问题，在此基础上提出可行的应对之策。

【Abstract】In the current era， the system reform work of the state-owned enterprises is being carried out in depth， which has a certain role in promoting the development of state-owned enterprises， and their economic benefits have been significantly improved. However， the situation of unsatisfactory Party building work is common in state-owned enterprises. At present， the speed of the reform of state-owned enterprises is fast， but the Party building work is lagging behind， so it is difficult for the Party organization to really play its due role. Therefore， it is necessary to find feasible measures to solve the existing problems. The paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the relationship between Party organization and trade union organization in state-owned enterprises， puts forward the problems existing in the Party building work， and proposes feasible countermeasures on this basis.

1 引言

对于国有企业来说，将黨建带工建予以有效落实能够实现优秀人才的培养目标，确保企业发展过程中的人才需求得到满足。然而从国企党建工作的现状来看，问题是客观存在的，这对党建带工建产生的影响非常大，这就要求国企寻找到可行的渠道来对党建带工建予以推动，确保各项工作真正富有实效。

2 新时期国企加强党建带工建的必要性

①加强国企党建带工建能够实现对历史重任的继承。现阶段，国企进入了全新的发展阶段，而创新则是促使其持续前行的动力来源。在国家经济结构开始转型后，创新也是不可缺少的条件。对于国企而言，切实完成好党建带工建工作可以使得创新能力大幅提升，并确保党建工作更具朝气。

②加强国企党建带工建能够使得凝聚力进一步提高。进入新时期后，国企内部形成积极向上的团结氛围方可带来更为理想的经济效益、社会效益。……
