摘  要：在对基于“新工科”背景的机务维修类专业人才培养模式改革的实践中，人才培养的目标制定以工程发展为目标进行重构，突出品格、知识和能力的全方面素质培养，重点加强有事业心、有敬业精神、有职业素养、有专业品质的“四有”人才培养;通过反向设计，以产业需求为着力点整合课程体系;通过产学融合、教研融合、专业融合提升人才培养融合度并实现以学生为中心的培养方法。通过人才培养模式的改革，提升了人才培养的层次，适应社会、行业和用人单位的需求，效果良好。

Research on the Talent Cultivation Mode of Aircraft Maintenance under the Background of "New Engineering"

Abstract： In the practice of the reform of the talent cultivation mode of aircraft maintenance based on the background of "new engineering"， the goal-setting of talent cultivation is reconstructed with the goal of engineering development， so as to highlight the full range of quality development of character， knowledge and abilities and emphasis on strengthening the cultivation of the "Four-Have" talents who have a commitment， dedication， professionalism， and professional quality. Integrating the curriculum by reverse designing to focus on industry needs. Enhancing the integration of talent cultivation and realizing a student-centered cultivation method through the integration of university-industry， teaching and research， and professional integration. Through the reform of talent cultivation mode， the level of talent cultivation has been improved， which can meet the needs of society， industry and employers， and the effect is good.

“新工科”教育已经成为我国高等教育发展的重要推动力。2017年2月以来提出的“复旦共识”“天大行动”“北京指南”，为“新工科”的发展从理论到实践指明了方向。“复旦共识”从理念、结构、模式、质量和体系方面明确了“新工科”的定义[1-3]。“天大行动”以六“问”探索“新工科”建设的关键问题：问产业需求建专业;问技术发展改内容;问学生志趣变方法;问学校主体推改革;问内外资源创条件;问国际前沿立标准[4-5]。“北京指南”在理念引领、结构优化、模式创新、质量保障和分类发展等方面对“新工科”建设的研究和实践给出了行动指南[6]。我校所依托的母体学校南京航空航天大学提出了探索新工科背景下的航空航天民航特色人才培养新模式，探索新工科建设的新模式，促进综合改革进……
