摘 要：新媒体的发展，为大学生提供了更为多元的发展空间。本文以新媒体背景下大学生个性化就业为主要研究对象，基于当前社会大学生就业问题进行深入的研究，全方位阐述大学生借助新媒体的发展浪潮，助力自身的职业发展，结合笔者多年大学生就业指导分析经验，提出具有一定借鉴意义的应用策略。

Analysis of Guiding College Students' Personalized Employment under the Background of New Media

Abstract： The development of new media has provided college students with more diverse development space. This article takes the personalized employment of college students under the background of new media as the main research object， and conducts in-depth research based on the current employment of college students in the current society. It comprehensively explains the development wave of college students with the help of new media to help their career development， combined with the author's years of employment guidance analysis for college students experience， put forward application strategies with certain reference significance.

隨着市场环境的变化，大学生就业形势以及就业方向，发生了根本性的改变。尤其是新媒体领域的快速发展，为当前大学生就业提供了更为广泛的选择空间。新媒体多元化、多样化的功能吸引着当代大学生，并且极大地改变了当代大学生的生活和思维方式，对大学生的就业也造成了一定的影响，因此开展新媒体领域下的大学生个性化就业分析，成为行业重要的科研议题。

1  大学生就业指导的重要意义

大学生就业指导，对于大学生的发展，具有极为关键的作用和意义。首先，大学生步入校园后，其社会能力以及未来从业规划没有建立清晰的认识，因此借助大学生就业指导，可以帮助学生了解自身的未来发展;其次，在职业选择过程中，稍有不慎，就会造成学生错失最佳的发展时期，不仅会耽误学生宝贵的从业生涯，还会对学生的心理、生理、世界观等相关内容，造成不可复加的影响和问题;因此，大学生就业指导，可以避免学生在未来发展等相关问题中，产生认知偏差，影响学生正常的就业发展。……
