摘  要：近年来，在国家“二胎政策”开放的情况下，国家对于儿科医务工作的重视程度不断提升，而随着儿科患者数量的不断增加，在儿科临床教学中的病例也更加丰富。为了更好地完成当前的教学需求，教研人员需要积累丰富的临床经验，同时提升自身的理论知识，在丰富的教学经验下，实现教学质量的提升。在临床教学当中，最终的目的是为了培养合格的医生，胜任临床工作，在这一过程中，医生必须要具备加强的临床思维能力，改变传统临床教学中存在的缺陷，摆脱以教师讲授为主的临床见习手段，更好地提升教学效果，满足当前人员培养的需求。因此，必须要针对目前儿科见习教学中SSE教学模式的应用进行分析，针对目前教学中存在的问题，采取有效的应对措施，更好地发挥出SSE模式的优势，实现医学生临床思维能力的提升。

Problems and Countermeasures of SSE Teaching Mode in Pediatric Probation Teaching

Abstract： In recent years， with the gradual opening of the "two child policy"， the state has paid more and more attention to pediatric medical work. With the increasing number of pediatric patients， there are more and more cases in pediatric clinical teaching. In order to better complete the current teaching needs， teaching and research personnel need to accumulate rich clinical experience， at the same time improve their theoretical knowledge， in the rich teaching experience， to achieve the improvement of teaching quality. In clinical teaching， the ultimate goal is to train qualified doctors and be competent for clinical work. In this process， doctors must have the ability to strengthen clinical thinking， change the defects in traditional clinical teaching， get rid of the clinical internship method mainly taught by teachers， so as to better improve the teaching effect and meet the needs of current personnel training. Therefore， it is necessary to analyze the application of SSE teaching mode in pediatric probation teaching， and take effective measures to solve the problems existing in the current teaching， so as to give full play to the advantages of SSE mode and improve the clinical thinking ability of medical students.

在當前的临床医学教学过程中，传统教学模式中的弊端逐渐暴露出来，使得教学质量受到了较大的影响。SSE（ study independendy- seminar- the exercise of diagnosis and management）模式，即“自学——课堂讨论——诊治演习”模式，突破了以往传统教学模式知识传授的局限性，实现了既传授知识，又发展学生的能力，包括自学能力和临床思维能力的目标，较为适合中国国情[1]。临床教学的目标是培养胜任临床工作的合格医生，在本科教学中起到至关重要的作用。以往的病例分析把病史、体征、辅助检查结果都告诉读者，然后讨论诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗问题。……
