摘  要：在现代信息技术的推动与发展下，学校教学以及档案管理中均体现出信息化元素，并取得了相应的良好效果，使得学校管理体系更加完善与科学化。信息技术在学校档案管理中的应用不仅利于提高档案保存的完整性，同时有效提升了档案以及重要资料的保密性，方便管理与查阅。是非常先进且适合大范围推广的档案管理策略。本文将针对信息技术应用于学校档案管理中的优势以及具体实施策略进行合理分析与探究。

Application of Information Technology in School Archives Management

Abstract： With the promotion and development of modern information technology， information elements are reflected in school teaching and file management， and corresponding good results have been achieved， which makes the school management system more perfect and scientific. The application of information technology in school archives management not only helps to improve the integrity of archives preservation， but also effectively improves the confidentiality of archives and important materials， which is convenient for management and reference. It is very advanced and suitable for large-scale promotion of file management strategy. This paper will analyze and explore the advantages of information technology in school file management and the specific implementation strategies.

檔案管理是学校管理工作中相当重要的一部分，不仅保存着教学管理方案、教学活动、学生学习活动、教师及学生资料等多种具有价值的档案，更是见证学校发展过程的证据留存。在信息技术的支持下，档案管理工作的效率会出现突飞猛进的成果。传统的学校档案管理中存在一定弊端，保密性较差、错误率较高、查阅困难、管理单一、更新及保护困难等漏洞及劣势，均是不利于学校档案管理的问题所在。利用信息技术与档案管理工作有效结合，在完善学校信息技术设备与提升管理人员综合素质的基础上，建立信息化的技术办公体系并重视信息化档案管理的安全性，是当前学校档案管理工作中的重要内容。
