摘  要：阐述了“学、研、訓、考、评”五位一体教学模式的本质内涵，以及本模式解决的问题;进一步论述了模式中各个环节的具体实施方法，提出了能够发挥模式效用的实施要求，在此基础上通过教学实践检验，分析了该模式的实践应用效果，证明了这种教学模式能够最大限度地体现学员个性特点，充分发挥学员主动性，彰显学员主体地位，克服了以往的教学模式在人才培养中的不足之处，在提高了教学效果的同时，也促进了教学建设的进一步发展。

Research and Practice of Five in One Teaching Mode of "Learning Researching Training Rating and Evaluation"

Abstract： This paper expounds the essential connotation of five in one teaching mode of “learning，researching，training，rating and evaluation” and the problem this mode solved， further discusses the specific implementation method of each link in this model， put forwards the implementation requirements that can play the role of this mode. On this basis， with the test of teaching practice， it analyzes the practical application effect， and proves that this teaching mode can reflect the students`personality characteristics to the maximum extent， give full play to the initiative of the students， highlight the main position of the students， and overcome the shortcomings of the previous teaching. It not only improves the teaching effect， but also promotes the further development of teaching construction.

教学模式是在一定教育思想、教学理论指导下建立的各种类型教育活动的基本结构或框架。研究教学模式能够指导人们综合考虑教学过程中各要素之间的相互关系，把握教学过程中本质和规律。同时，对加强教学设计、优化教学过程具有一定的促进作用。笔者根据岗位任职教育的特点和建构主义理论，探索实践了“学、研、训、考、评”五位一体教学模式。

1  “学研训考评”五位一体模式的本质内涵

“学、研、训、考、评”五位一体教学模式是建构主义教学理论与现代教育技术的有机结合，是一种集多种教学方法和手段于一体的综合教学模式，它将实战化教学与现代信息化教学融为一体，具有针对性强、实效性高的特点。
