摘  要：21世纪以来，新技术不断推陈出新，我国立足新时代，适时提出了新的人才培养计划，调整学科建设，提出了新文科建设。高校图书馆作为高校人才培养的重要基地，是教育教学和科研的重要机构，将是新文科建设得以实现的重要支撑。高校图书馆要以此为契机，立足优势，结合高校的实际，制定科学合理的发展路径，肩负起辅助高校培养复合型人才的使命，不断创新发展。

On the Mission and Innovation of University Library in the Construction of New Liberal Arts

Abstract： Since the 21st century， the new technology constantly brings forth the new， based on the new era， our country timely put forward the new talent training plan， adjust the discipline construction， put forward the new liberal arts construction. University library， as an important base for the cultivation of university talents， is an important institution for education， teaching and scientific research， and will be an important support for the realization of new liberal arts construction. The university library should take this as an opportunity， base on its advantages and combine with the reality of the university， formulate a scientific and reasonable development path， shoulder the mission of assisting the university to cultivate compound talents， and keep innovating and developing.

近年來，教育部提出了新文科建设这一新的学科发展方向，为高校的人才培养计划提出了新的奋斗目标和努力方向，对高校图书馆的发展也提出了更高的新要求。为了促进新文科建设，高校图书馆需要立足自身状况，创新发展策略，为新文科建设提供全方位、多角度的支持和助力。因此，有必要分析高校图书馆在新文科建设中的使命，帮助高校图书馆不断创新发展。

1  新文科建设的背景

进入21世纪，新技术、新产品不断推陈出新，大数据、云计算、人工智能、5G等新技术带来的前所未有的冲击和变革，对我国的人才培养目标提出了更高、更新的要求。2018年10月17日，教育部为了加快建设我国的高水平大学本科教育、全面提高高等院校的人才培养能力，印发《教育部关于加快建设高水平本科教育全面提高人才培养能力的意见》，决定启动实施“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0。2019年4月29日，教育部、中……
