摘  要：公共建筑节能技术中，外墙内保温技术具有节约成本、施工速度快、操作方便灵活、可以保证施工进度等优点。本文主要对学校教学楼等一般公共建筑中泡沫玻璃板保温隔热材料的工程应用进行介绍，研究公共建筑的外墙内保温技术，并对该项技术的施工方法、新材料的应用、施工技术控制要点、质量控制措施等进行探讨，并针对外墙内保温施工技术提出科学合理化建议。

Discussion on the Application of External Wall Internal Insulation Construction Technology in Public Buildings

Abstract： In terms of the energy-saving technologies of public buildings， the external wall internal insulation technology has the advantages of cost saving， fast construction speed， convenient and flexible operation， which can guarantee the construction progress. This paper mainly introduces the engineering application of foam glass board thermal insulation materials in general public buildings such as school teaching buildings. Then the external wall insulation technology of public buildings in school buildings is studied， including the construction methods， the application of new materials， key points of construction technology control， and quality control measures. Finally， scientific and reasonable suggestions for the external wall internal insulation construction technology are put forward.

近年来，随着我国经济高速发展，能源需求不断增长，但能源紧缺问题已成为制约我国经济发展的绊脚石。绿色建筑、节能建筑成为当前热门话题，表明全社会都十分关心和关注建筑物节能。建设节能型房屋既可以满足人们对房屋的使用要求、提升房屋的舒适性，又能达到降低能源消耗、减少排放、提高能源合理利用的目的[1-5]。按照建设节约型社会的总要求，政府相关职能部门在工程可行性研究、设计、施工及验收等阶段进行严格把控。这一举措不仅回应了社会关注的建筑物节能话题，而且有力地推动了建筑节能技术的应用。建筑节能涉及面很大，包括整個建筑物的维护结构中的门窗、墙体、屋面等，其中建筑物中所占比重较大的是墙体。因此，对外墙的节能保温技术以及施工方法的探讨具有积极的现实意义[6]。
