摘  要：农村法律援助体系的完善，对于保护农村居民合法权益、推进农村社会法治建设具有重要意义。该文在对农村法律援助发展困境作出分析与论述的基础上，对农村法律援助发展优化对策进行了研究与探讨，以期能够有效解决新时期农村法律援助工作发展中面临的问题，为农村法律援助体系的完善以及农村法律援助工作的持续发展提供助力。

The Predicament and Countermeasures of Rural Legal Aid in the New Period

Abstract： The improvement of rural legal aid system is of great significance for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of rural residents and promoting the construction of rural social rule of law. Based on the rural legal aid development dilemma， the paper has carried on the research and discussion on the rural legal aid development optimization countermeasure on the basis of analysis and discussion.It is expected to be able to effectively solve the problems faced in the development of rural legal aid work in the new era and provide assistance for the improvement of the rural legal aid system and the sustainable development of rural legal aid work.

1  农村法律援助发展困境

在新农村建设工作开展过程中，农村社会所存在的矛盾呈現出了多元化与复杂化的特征，在此背景下，引导农村居民通过合法路径保护自身合法权益，对于推进农村社会和谐发展具有重要意义。在此过程中，虽然农村法律援助体系的完善呈现出了不容忽视的现实价值，但是在农村法律援助体系的发展与完善中，仍旧面临着一些亟待解决与优化的问题，这些问题主要体现在以下几个方面。

首先，较高的法律援助门槛制约着农村法律援助范围的提升。其次，援助联动机制的欠缺制约着农村法律援助效率的提升。再次，法律援助队伍建设工作亟待有效完善。最后，农村居民的法律意识以及对法律援助的认知有待提升。农村居民是开展农村法律援助申请的重要主体，但受制于农村居民的法律意识及其对法律援助所做出的认知，虽然一些地区所具有的……
