摘  要：我国独生子女家庭的数量越来越多，这部分的孩子在上幼儿园之前基本上没有脱离家长的“怀抱”，同时独生子女在上幼儿园之前也缺少玩伴，通常都是和家长一起玩耍，久而久之，这些幼儿对家长的依赖就会非常强烈，当他们上幼儿园的时候，面对突然离开家长“怀抱”，会非常的焦虑，感觉自己被“抛弃”，这就需要幼儿园教师能充分认识到幼儿分离焦虑症产生的主要原因，并能采取有力措施，从而有效缓解幼儿分离焦虑，促使幼儿快乐的在园学习和生活。

分离焦虑症即婴儿与某个人产生了依恋之后，又要与所依恋的人分离，就会表现出伤心、痛苦、拒绝分离。对于进入学前教育阶段的幼儿而言，由于在家中无忧无虑地生活与生长，已经深深习惯了家庭氛围和家中成员，突然要短暂离开熟悉的环境，独自到一个陌生的幼儿园生活和学习，会产生极大的分离焦虑感。分离焦虑在刚入园的小班幼儿中普遍存在，尤其是在独生子女之间更是普遍，这种症状对于幼儿融入集体、身心健康成长是不利的。

1.幼儿产生分离焦虑的主要原因

幼儿产生分离焦虑的原因有很多，既有外部环境的问题也有自身心理层面的不足，主要包括以下几个方面。

（1）家长情绪对幼儿产生的负面影响

很多家长在将幼儿送至幼儿园的时候，会拥抱、亲吻，表现出对孩子依依不舍的感情，这种情绪很容易传导给孩子，导致孩子的情绪一下子被调动，使得家长对幼儿的依赖，增加家长较深的分离焦虑，而这种分离焦虑传递给孩子，使孩子同样对家长产生了这种分离焦虑感。……
