摘要：医疗废物具有极强的传染性、生物毒性和腐蚀性，未经处理或处理不彻底的医疗废物若任意堆放，极易造成水体、土壤和空气的污染，对人体产生直接危害。本文分析了医疗废物处置的技术现状，并对医疗废物焚烧处置技术进行了分析，在此基础上，探讨了应用难点，结果证明，集中焚烧处置技术是一种可同时实现危险废物无害化、减量化和资源化的有效处理技术，已能完全满足国家对医疗废物处理的要求，适宜在医疗废物集中处置项目中广泛应用。

Research on Collection， Transportation and Incineration Technology of Medical Waste

Abstract： Medical waste has strong infectivity， biological toxicity and corrosiveness. If medical waste is piled up arbitrarily， it will easily cause pollution of water， soil and air， and directly harm human body. This paper analyzes the current situation of medical waste disposal technology， and analyzes the incineration disposal technology of medical waste. On this basis， the application difficulties are discussed. The results show that the centralized incineration disposal technology is an effective treatment technology which can realize the harmless， reduction and resource utilization of hazardous waste at the same time. It can fully meet the national requirements for medical waste disposal， and is suitable for medical treatment It is widely used in the project of centralized disposal of medical waste.

醫疗废物是指各类医疗卫生机构在医疗、预防、保健、教学、科研及相关活动中产生的具有直接或间接感染性、毒性以及其他危害性的废物。医疗废物具有极强的传染性、生物毒性和腐蚀性，未经处理或处理不彻底的医疗废物若任意堆放，极易造成水体、土壤和空气的污染，对人体产生直接危害^[1]。

在医疗废物处置方面，北美、欧洲、日本等发达国家和地区起步较早，对医疗废物的焚烧处置技术与污染物排放控制有较高水平。其通过制定严格的规范，对危险、有害废物的处理过程有严格的管理制度，医疗废物在运输、储存及处置过程中要严格隔离，且所有过程都要记录在案;在医疗废物处理采用集中处理方式时，须由专业公司负责，防止污染物扩散，使医疗废物对环境的危害降低到最低水平。

我国的医疗废物处理技术起步较晚，但发展很快。……
