摘要：近年来，中国的职业教育发展进入了一个新阶段，尤其是《国家职业教育改革实施方案》出台后，明确了把职业教育摆在教育改革创新和经济社会发展中更加突出的位置。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中明确指出，要打造一批高水平实训基地，提升重点专业建设和校企合作育人水平。本文分析了新时期下强化实训基地建设的创新性思路，研究了建设过程中存在的问题，并提出了相关的解决策略，提升实训基地建设的效率。

Innovation and Practice of the Construction of the Training Base in Vocational Colleges in the New Era

Abstract： In recent years， the development of vocational education in China has entered a new stage， especially after the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" was released， it is clear that vocational education should be placed in a more prominent position in education reform and innovation and economic and social development. The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" clearly states that， to build a number of high-level training bases， improve the level of key professional construction and school enterprise cooperation. this paper analyzes the innovative ideas of strengthening the construction of training base in the new period， the problems in the construction process are studied， and put forward the relevant solutions， improve the efficiency of training base construction.

高等院校是我国教育体制中的重要组成部分，也是培养专业型以及职业型人才的重要基地。近年来，我国的教育事业得到了蓬勃的发展，但是在教育规模不断的扩大以及招生数量逐渐增多的情况下，学校的实践教学平台也严重紧缺，实训基地难以满足学生的实训需求，这不利于学生对理论知识的深入理解和应用。因此，在新形势下，必须要加强对职业院校实训基地的建设，确保学生能够增强创新创造能力^[1]。

1 职业院校实训基地建设的创新性分析

随着中国社会步入了新时代，创新业已成为全社会的共识和标志，而对于正处于蓬勃发展时期的职业教育来讲，创新则显得更为重要。职业教育的创新发展迫切需要具有丰富创新精神和创新能力的复合型技能人才，而如何培养人才，则是中国职业教育所面临的的重大课题。幸而职业教育的发展得到了全……
