摘要：以电子商务专业“1+X证书制度”试点工作为基础，以电子商务数据分析和网店运营推广两个证书为试点，提出“认识到位、举措得当”的建设思路，从企业合作、制度建设、师资建设方面落地建设举措，推进X证书制度建设，并继续探索实践混合式的教学方式，利用好网络教学，实践混合教学，以任务为驱动，建立理论实践一体化的课堂。

Thoughts and Measures of Implementing the "1 + X certificate system" in Higher Vocational E-commerce Major

Abstract： Based on the pilot work of the "1+X certificate system" for e-commerce majors， and the two certificates of e-commerce data analysis and online store operation promotion as the pilot， the construction ideas of "recognizing the position and taking appropriate measures" are proposed. In terms of system construction and teacher construction， we will promote the construction of the X-certificate system， and continue to explore the practice of mixed teaching methods， make good use of network teaching， practice mixed teaching， task-driven， and establish a classroom that integrates theory and practice.

国发〔2019〕4 号提出，在职业院校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度（以下簡称1+X 证书）制度试点工作. 试点工作于2019年3月启动，我校电子商务专业在2019年10月成为第二批证书（《电子商务数据分析》和《网店运营推广》）制度试点单位。在一年的证书推进实践中，学校和二级学院做了大量的工作，学生参加了11月20进行的电子商务数据分析初级证书考试，通过率为93.3%，全国通过率为33.3% ，参加了12月份的电子商务数据分析中级证书考试，通过率为96.6%，全国通过率到投稿为止未发布，参加了12月份的网店运营推广证书考试，通过率为80%，全国通过率到投稿为止未发布。二级学院，谨守“认识到位、举措得当”的建设思路，从企业合作、制度建设、师资建设方面落地建设举措，推进1+X证书制度建设。

1实施“1+X证书制度”的思路

1.1明晰“1+X证书制度”的重要性和紧迫性

王扬南在《启动1+X证书制度试点的工作考虑》中指出，“启动1+X 证书制度试点，是促进技术技能人才培养培训模式和评价模式改革、提高人才培养质量的重要举措，是拓展就业创业本领、缓解结构性就业矛盾的重要途径，对于构建国家资历框架、推进教育现代化、建设人力资源强国具有重要意义。……
