摘 要 思想政治教育对广大学生世界观、人生观、价值观的形成有着至关重要的作用。伴随着信息技术与网络的发展，以新媒体形式为主导的思政教育成为高效思政建设工作的重要方式。本文通过“新媒体+”思政建设这种方式对高校思想政治教育工作的价值引领与传播效果作了分析研究，以思想政治教育传播工作中遇到的实际情况为出发点，分析高校思政教育工作的传播效果。

Research on Value Guidance and Communication Effect of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

——Take new media + ideological and political construction as an example

Abstract Ideological and political education plays an important role in the formation of the world outlook， outlook on life and values of the students. With the development of information technology and network， ideological and political education， which is dominated by new media， has become an important way of high efficiency ideological and political construction. This paper analyzes the value guidance and communication effect of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities through the way of "new media +" Ideological and political construction. Based on the actual situation encountered in the work of Ideological and political education communication， this paper analyzes the communication effect of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

互联网的便捷应用、新媒体的快速发展和当代大学生接收信息的渠道多样化使得当前高校思政教育朝着多元化、开放性、新颖化的方向发展，新媒体形式下的思想政治教育在给我们带来机遇的同时也带来了很多的挑战，我们要直面问题，通过更高效、更合理的方式提高思政教育工作者的素养、提升学生的修养，探索同学们的积极性，促进思想政治教育的发展、创新思想政治教育工作的方式，保证和大学生的全面成长成才。

1高校思想政治教育工作的现状

思想政治教育是社会或社会群体用一定的思想觀念、政治观点、道德规范，对其成员施加有目的、有计划、有组织的影响，使他们形成符合一定社会所要求的思想品德的社会实践活动。思想政治教育是中国精神文明建设的首要内容，也是解决社会矛盾和问题的主要途径之一。[1]高校思想政治教育对于高校和学生的培养来说非常重要，既能满足对当今政策的解读，又能进行深刻的价值引领教育。……
