摘 要 校长教学领导力是校长核心领导能力之一，对提高学校教学效能、促进学生全面发展意义重大。目前，校长领导力在教学领导理念、专业知识、教学实践、评价体系等方面存在问题，针对这些问题，提出加强培训学习，更新教学领导理念;提高专业素养，落实教学实践;更新教学评价体系等途径，为提升校长教学领导力提供建议。

On the Principal's Teaching Leadership and its Cultivation

Abstract It is of great significance to improve the principal's teaching leadership and promote the overall development of students. At present， there are some problems in the teaching leadership concept， professional knowledge， teaching practice and evaluation system of the principal's leadership. In view of these problems， this paper puts forward some ways to improve the principal's teaching leadership， such as strengthening training and learning， updating the teaching leadership concept， improving professional quality， implementing teaching practice， and updating the teaching evaluation system.

随着教育改革的不断深化推进，提高学校教学效能、促进学生全面发展成为校长工作重中之重，校长教学领导力作为校长核心领导能力之一，对提升学校教学效能意义重大。教育部颁发的《义务教育学校校长专业化标准》明确指出，校长应“以德为先、育人为本、引领发展、能力为重、终身学习”，从多方面提升校长个人能力。其中，育人为本、能力为重、终身学习三个原则都与校长教学领导力直接相关，新时代的学校教育对校长教学领导力的要求不断提高，校长教学领导力的培养也成为教育部的重点研究领域。本文从校长教学领导力的基本内涵及其影响因素入手，找寻校长教学领导力存在的问题，进而提出校长教学领导力培养的途径。

1 校长教学领导力内涵

教学工作是学校最核心、最重要的工作，校长教学领导力是校长最重要的领导能力之一。通过查阅国内外学者的研究结论总结其内涵。
