【摘  要】初中数学逻辑性较强，学习难度较大，需要学生充分思考，认真学习，将数学知识内化于心才能保证教学的质量，若是想要充分发挥初中生的主观能动性，需要从学生入手，要转变传统教育思想，以学生为主体进行教学，合作学习能够最大限度地坚持以学生为主体的教育原则。同时每名学生都有其独特性，在小组合作学习的过程中，教师要将分层教学的思想观念渗透进教学中，双管齐下才能让学生更好地学习数学知识。基于此，本文主要研究分层教学背景下初中数学学习小组组建策略。

【Abstract】Junior high school mathematics is more logical and difficult to learn. It requires students to fully think， study hard， and internalize mathematics knowledge to ensure the quality of teaching. If you want to give full play to the subjective initiative of junior high school students， you need to start with students It is necessary to change the traditional educational thinking， to teach with students as the main body， and cooperative learning can adhere to the education principle of taking students as the main body to the maximum extent. At the same time， each student has its own uniqueness. In the process of group cooperative learning， teachers should infiltrate the ideology of hierarchical teaching into the teaching， and the two-pronged approach can enable students to better learn mathematics. Based on this， this article mainly studies the formation strategy of junior high school mathematics study group under the background of layered teaching.

教學要以学生为主体，而每个学生受环境以及本身性格的影响接受知识的速度、理解知识的能力都有一定的区别，受我国传统教育的思想影响，以往采取的都是“一刀切”的教学方法，这种教学方法虽然能够保证大多数学生能够跟上学习进度，但是会有相当一部分学生会被淘汰掉，那样教育公平与教育质量就难以保证。因材施教是新课程改革要求教师要坚持的教育原则，也是保证全体学生能够获得科学教学的重要途径，结合分层教学观念，组建数学学习小组是保证数学教学质量的有效方法。

一、深入了解学生特点，科学组建数学学习小组

学生是学习的主体，同时学生也是独立的个体，“世界上没有同样相同的两片叶子”，每名学生都有其独特之处，学习能力也多有不同，不能一概论之。……
