摘  要： 新时代的课程改革提出了核心素养的概念。为了能更好地贯彻课程中的“核心素养”，促进中职生适应社会发展需要，确保职业教育人才培养质量，对课程的改革必不可少。以中职数字媒体课程教学为例，分析目前课堂教学中所存在的问题，探索培养学生核心素养的有效途径，并实施于实际的教学案例。实践证明，这种教学模式培养了学生的学习积极性、提高了教学效率。

Abstract： The new era of curriculum reform puts forward the concept of key competencies. In order to better implement the “key competencies” in the curriculum， promote secondary vocational students to adapt to the needs of social development， and ensure the quality of vocational education personnel training， it is essential to make the curriculum reformed. Taking the teaching of “Digital Media” course in secondary vocational school as an example， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current classroom teaching， explores the effective ways to cultivate students' key competencies， and carries them out in the actual teaching cases. Practice has proved that this teaching mode has cultivated students' enthusiasm for learning and improved the teaching efficiency.

0 引言

核心素養是由一个国际性组织——经济合作与发展率先提出，要解决的问题是：21世纪培养的学生应该具备哪些最核心的知识、能力与情感态度，才能融入未来的社会。而如何将核心素养贯穿于课堂是每个教师在教学过程中都会面临的难题。

当前的中职数字媒体课堂教学中，大部分教师受到传统教学理论的影响，在课堂中将操作过程按步骤向学生演示，学生跟着老师仿做，最后完成任务。在这种教学模式下，学生仅仅学会了软件的基本操作，无法获得操作技能和应用技巧的提升。本文在分析目前课堂教学中所存在问题基础上，探索培养学生核心素养的有效途径，最后，以实际的教学案例，对各个环节进行深入分析，提出教学策略，培养学生学习的积极性、提高教学效率。
