摘  要：随着新一轮课程改革的深化，小学思想品德政治课程也有了巨大变化。《道德与法治》教材的产生，将系统的法治教育正式纳入了基础教育德育课程体系。本文分析了一年级教材中的道德与法治的精神实质，阐述了如何巧用教材中的绘本资源，开展品格教育;挖掘生活中的素材，进行规则教育。旨在通过此帮助学生树立正确三观与道德行为习惯，藉此为小学生系好漫长人生的第一粒扣子。引导他们成长为现代社会的合格型人才。

On the teaching of morality and rule of law for the first grade under the new curriculum reform

【Abstract】With the deepening of the new round of curriculum reform，the ideological and Moral Political Curriculum in primary school has also changed greatly. The emergence of moral and rule of law textbooks has brought the systematic education of rule of law into the moral education curriculum system of basic education. This paper analyzes the moral and the spirit essence of the rule of law in the first grade textbooks，expounds how to use the picture book resources in the textbooks to carry out the character education，excavate the material in life and carry out the rule education. The purpose of this paper is to help students establish the correct three views and moral behavior habits，so as to set up the first button for the long life of primary school students. They are led to grow into qualified talents in modern society.

隨着时代的进步，经济的发展，社会对人才的培养有了新的要求。在深化素质教育基础上，开展的新一轮课程改革着重构建与素质教育对应的基础课程机制。从2016年起，义务教学阶段原《思想品德》教材名称统一更改为“道德与法治”。 将系统的法治教育正式纳入了基础教育德育课程体系。刚步入小学的学生在行为与道德观念上还不完善，作为道德与法治课程专任教师，有责任帮助学生系好漫长人生的第一粒扣子。帮助他们建立正确的三观，形成基础法治观念，并最终成长为心智健康，遵纪守法的合格公民。
