摘  要：智慧管理作为一种新型的管理模式，在幼儿园教育管理当中有着广泛的应用，这一模式能够改变以往管理模式中教师管理的机械性和单一性，有助于构建和谐的师生关系。将智慧管理方式应用在幼儿园教育管理当中，幼儿园的管理水平和管理效率会出现显著的提升，有助于幼儿在幼儿园内更加轻松愉悦的学习文化知识。教师在应用智慧管理策略开展幼儿教育管理活动的时候，需要充分考虑外界客观因素对于幼儿产生的影响。本文主要分析智慧管理策略在幼儿园教育管理中的应用及意义。

Application of Smart Management Strategy in Kindergarten Education Management

【Abstract】As a new management mode，intelligent management is widely used in kindergarten education management. This mode can change the mechanical and unitary management of teachers in the previous management mode，and help to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Applying intelligent management to kindergarten education management will significantly improve the management level and efficiency of kindergarten，which will help children learn cultural knowledge more easily and happily in kindergarten. Teachers should fully consider the influence of external objective factors on children when applying intelligent management strategies to carry out early childhood education management activities. This paper mainly analyzes the application and significance of intelligent management strategy in kindergarten education management.

幼兒的健康成长关系到了家庭幸福和社会和谐，幼儿发展是当前社会发展的重要问题，人们对于幼儿教育的重视程度越来越高，幼儿园作为幼儿成长的主要场所，必须要发挥自身的作用，促进幼儿健康快乐的成长。教育管理可以说是幼儿园教育的重要组成部分，管理方式的正确与否对幼儿园教学质量产生了直接的影响。在当前的社会环境下，高素质人才才能够满足社会发展所需，智慧管理在幼儿园的应用中越发的广泛，对于提升幼儿园的教育质量很有帮助，现阶段我们必须将智慧管理策略应用在幼儿园的教育管理模式之中，这样才能实现幼儿教育的真正作用。
