[摘要]目的：探讨自体颗粒脂肪联合脂肪干细胞胶（SVF-GEL）移植治疗面部凹陷的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年10月-2019年12月笔者医院收治的80例面部凹陷患者为研究对象，随机数字法分为两组，对照组40例，研究组40例。对照组应用透明质酸钠注射治疗，研究组应用自体颗粒脂肪联合脂肪干细胞胶移植，对比两组临床疗效及患者满意度。结果：研究组短期治疗有效率、远期治疗有效率及患者满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组术后并发症总发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：面部凹陷治疗过程中，应用自体颗粒脂肪联合脂肪干细胞胶移植取得了满意的效果，其短期、远期治疗的效果均较高，而且术后并发症发生率较低，患者的痛苦较少，能够提高患者的临床满意度，值得进一步推广应用。

Autologous Granular Fat Combined with SVF-GEL Transplantation for Correction of Facial Depression

Abstract： Objective  To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of facial depression with autogenous granule fat combined with SVF-GEL transplantation. Methods  80 patients with facial depression who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into two groups， 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the study group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection， and the study group was treated with autogenous granule fat combined with SVF-GEL transplantation. The effects of different methods on clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results  The short-term effective rate， long-term effective rate and patients satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the study group and the control group （P>0.05）. Conclusion  During the treatment of facial depression， the application of autologous particle fat transplantation combined with SVF-GEL has achieved satisfactory results. The short-term and long-term treatment results are relatively high， and the occurrence of postoperative complications is relatively low， resulting in less pain for patients， which can improve the clinical satisfaction of patients. Therefore， it is worthy of further promotion and application.

面部凹陷是面部畸形的一種，其发生是由于皮下组织萎缩、成分降低或分布不均引起软组织不足，严重影响着患者的面部美观[1]。临床中治疗面部凹陷最有效的方式是进行皮下软组织填充，因此填充的材料影响着治疗效果[2]。透明质酸钠注射治疗是常用的方法，其能够被人体吸收，不具有排异反应，但是透明质酸钠维持效果的时间比较短，要想保证治疗效果就要反复进行注射，增加了患者的痛苦及经济压力，逐渐不被接受[3]。随着医疗技术的发展，自体颗粒脂肪移植近年来被美容领域广泛应用，其应用的是患者自身纯净后的脂肪颗粒进行填充[4]。……
