摘  要：随着我国现代化建设的不断发展，消防隐患也在逐渐增加，很多人缺乏消防安全管理意识，影响城市消防的管理与监督，因此需要建立完善的消防监管机制，创新和优化消防监管模式。该文通过对消防安全管理与消防监督管理的意义及管理现状进行阐述分析，针对存在的问题确定解决办法，创新消防监督管理模式，保障城市发展的安全性。

The Status Quo of Fire Safety Management and the Innovation of Fire Supervision Management Model

Abstract： With the continuous development of my country's modernization， the hidden dangers of fire protection are gradually increasing. Many people lack the awareness of fire safety management， which affects the management and supervision of urban fire protection. Therefore， it is necessary to establish a sound fire protection supervision mechanism， innovate and optimize the fire supervision model. This article elaborates and analyzes the significance and management status of fire safety management and fire supervision and management， determines solutions to existing problems， innovates fire supervision and management models， and guarantees the safety of urban development.

随着我国经济的快速发展，人们加强了对于城市消防工作的重视程度，从而在一定程度上提升了消防安全工作的社会地位。同时我国高层建筑越来越密集，导致火灾隐患和火灾事故发生概率都在增加。为了能够更好地解决这一问题，需要进一步加强消防监管工作，保障城市发展的安全性与稳定性。除此之外，我们要对当前的消防安全管理现状进行研究分析，发现消防安全管理当中存在的隐患，同时制定更加具有针对性的监管措施，实现消防监管制度的创新与完善，提高我国消防安全监管的质量水平，保障人民生命财产的安全。

1  消防安全管理的意义

随着我国经济与科技的发展，在我国的消防安全管理体系当中，有效地应用新的科学技术，在一定程度上提高了我国消防安全管理的质量，此外还需要加强消防安全管理，提高人们的消防意识，才能够保障人们的生命安全与财产安全，从而有效地推动经济的发展。……
