摘  要：“立德树人”教育背景下，关注并加强学生的德育至关重要。尤其是对初中阶段的学生来说，正处于人生价值观形成的关键阶段。教师不能仅关注学生的文化课成绩，还应关注学生的德育，促使学生在成长的过程中逐渐形成良好的思想道德品质，最终实现学生的全面发展。本文中，针对初中班主任的德育现状进行了简要的分析，并随之提出了行之有效的改进策略。

Thinking About How a Teacher in Charge of a Class Does a Good Job in Class Moral Education

【Abstract】 Under the background of "morality education"，it is very important to pay attention to and strengthen the moral education of students. Especially for students at the junior high school stage，they are in the critical stage of the formation of life values. Teachers should not only pay attention to the students' cultural class performance，but also pay attention to the students' moral education，so as to promote the students to gradually form good ideological and moral qualities in the process of growth，and finally realize the overall development of the students. In this article，a brief analysis of the current moral education of the junior high school class teacher，and then put forward effective improvement strategies.

1.初中學生德育内涵解析

（1）德育内涵

“立德树人”教育背景下，德育作为人才培养体系中最为重要的组成部分，已经得到了应有的重视。具体来说，初中学生的德育主要包括五个方面的内容：一是民族精神教育，主要是强化学生爱国主义教育，使学生在学习过程中逐渐形成爱好和平、团结统一、自强不息的情感;二是理想信念教育，主要是对学生进行辩证和历史唯物主义、爱岗敬业、奉献社会等内容的教育;三是文明行为教育，主要是引领学生在学习的过程中，逐渐树立诚实守信、珍爱生命、环境保护等意识，以及相关的家庭美德等;四是遵纪守法教育，主要是指导学生对相关法律知识、规章制度等展开教育;五是心理健康教育，主要是对学生的心理健康给予关注，并为其提供心理咨询、心理辅导和心理援助等。
