【摘  要】我国的市场经济持续快速发展，为企业经济成本的控制带来了许多问题和难点。因此，人们开展企业的成本研究时，要将问题研究与当前的经济环境相结合，以企业成本的基本概念为着手点，全面分析企业成本在经济活动中发生的变化及问题，并且积极探讨降低企业成本的有效策略。对市场经济条件下的企业成本进行深入的研究，能够提高企业对其成本的控制能力，改善企业对成本的管理。论文就市场经济下的企业经济成本管理进行深入分析，研究企业成本管理中存在的问题并探索解决问题的有效策略，为企业开展成本管理提供有价值的参考。

【Abstract】The continuous and rapid development of China's market economy has brought many problems and difficulties to the control of enterprise economic cost. Therefore， when people carry out enterprise cost research， it is necessary to combine the problem research with the current economic environment， take the basic concept of enterprise cost as the starting point， comprehensively analyze the changes and problems of enterprise cost in economic activities， and actively explore effective strategies to reduce enterprise cost. The in-depth study of enterprise cost under the condition of market economy can improve the ability of enterprise to control its cost and improve the management of enterprise cost. This paper carries on the in-depth analysis on the enterprise economic cost management under the market economy， studies the problems existing in the enterprise cost management and explores the effective strategies to solve the problems， and provides the valuable reference for the enterprise to carry out the cost management.

1 引言

我国社会主义改革进程不断深入，同时，产业结构和经营环境也在悄然发生变化。这些变化，从我国愈发完善的市场经济结构和越来越小的产品差异中都可以得到充分的体现。社会主义市场经济的良好发展要求企业之间要积极进行良性的竞争，企业为了在激烈的市场竞争当中生存，就必须要对自身的成本管理进行优化和改善，以期在最大程度上降低成本，增强企业实力，提高企业在市场经济当中的地位。企业对成本的控制主要分为事前控制、事中控制和事后控制。事前控制主要是指企业项目立项以及企业对项目所需预算的控制;事中控制主要是指企业为降低成本，而对生产经营管理进行的合理控制;事后控制主要是指企业对产品验收及售后服务的成本控制。……
