摘 要 “十四五”和今后一段时期计算机科学与技术专业升级改造，需要考虑产业需求对人才培养的要求。这些要求包括毕业生创新能力、跨学科整合能力等。基于产业需求的计算机科学与技术专业升级改造路径选择，包括夯实计算机专业基础技能、通过学科竞赛提升学生创新创业能力等。

Abstract In the "14th five-year plan" and the future period， the upgrading of computer science and technology needs to consider the requirements of industrial demand for personnel training. These requirements include the importance of graduates' innovation ability and the need of interdisciplinary integration ability and so on. The Path selection of upgrading and transformation includes tamping basic skills of computer specialty， improving students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability through subject competition， etc.

0 引言

十九屆五中全会对“十四五”发展规划和2035远景目标提出了明确要求。会议多次强调坚持创新驱动发展，把科技自立自强作为国家发展的战略支撑，是中央面对国内外局势变化做出的重要一步，为今后科技创新工作指明了发展方向。计算机科学与技术专业是我国高校发展历史比较久远的传统专业，专业基础较好，就业面宽，但因为发展起步较晚，和发达国家相比较来说也存在专业知识结构陈旧、创新性不足等问题。

新时代面对“十四五”发展目标和2035年远景目标，我国信息产业和其他产业经济发展对计算机科学与技术专业人才培养提出了新要求、新目标。根据这些产业发展需求，及时推进计算机科学与技术专业升级改造，使之能够更加符合产业的需求，对于专业人才培养和产业发展都具有十分重要的意义。

河南工业大学信息科学与工程学院的计算机科学与技术专业在省内率先通过中国工程教育专业认证，是首批国家级一流本科专业。……
