摘  要：“立德树人”是思想政治教育的核心，“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”是习近平总书记对高等学校教育提出的根本任务。通过对课程思政概念的界定，以高职物流管理专业《运输组织与管理》课程为例，从专业课程思政元素挖掘、课程设计等方面探讨如何将思政理念融入专业教学，通过潜移默化提高学生思想道德、理想信念和综合素质，从而实现课程思政的育人目标。

Abstract：“Establish virtue and set up people”is the core of ideological and political education.“What kind of people to train， how to train people， for whom to train people”is the fundamental task of General Secretary Xi Jinping for higher education. This paper defines the concept of course-embedded ideological and political education， taking the course of transportation organization and management for logistics management major in higher vocational colleges as an example. This paper probes into how to integrate ideological and political education into professional teaching from the aspects of ideological and political elements mining and course design， etc.， through imperceptibly improving students' ideological and moral， ideal and belief and comprehensive quality， thus realizing the educational goal of ideological and political education.

2017年5月3日，習近平总书记在考察中国政法大学时发表的重要讲话中指出，青年时期是培养和训练科学思维方法和思维能力的关键时期，养成了历史思维、辩证思维、系统思维、创造思维的习惯，终身受用。2019年3月18日，习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上指出思想政治理论课改革要坚持做到“八个相统一”，其中提到要坚持显性教育和隐性教育相统一，挖掘其他课程和教学方式中蕴含的思想政治教育资源，实现全员全方位育人，即要努力“使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行”。

通过与思政的深度融合，教师在课堂教学中加以引导，使思政要素像盐溶于汤中产生化学反应，而不是如物理焊接一样强加给学生，通过潜移默化提高学生思想道德、理想信念和综合素质，掌握社会主义核心价值观，从国家、社会、个人三个层面树立爱国情怀，坚定政治方向，对道路、理论、制度、文化充满自信，形成坚定的社会主义理想信念。……
