摘  要：以广西中小林业企业为例，通过对广西中小林业企业发展电子商务的现状分析，认为广西中小林业企业发展电子商务存在网络基础设施不完善、发展费用高、当地物流业落后、专业性人才缺失以及林产品自身的多样性与目前电商销售模式不匹配的问题，提出了完善网络基础设施、扶持龙头林业企业，统筹兼顾中小林业企业、开展林业企业的网络平台和物流基础设施建设、加大对电商专业人才的培养、整合林产品与电商模式的匹配等对策。

Abstract： Taking small and medium-sized forestry enterprises in Guangxi as an example， this paper analyzes the current situation of developing e-commerce in small and medium-sized forestry enterprises in Guangxi， considering that there are some problems in the development of e-commerce in small and medium-sized forestry enterprises in Guangxi， such as imperfect network infrastructure， high development cost， backwardness of local logistics industry， lack of professional talents， and mismatch between the diversity of forest products and the current e-commerce sales model， put forward to improve network infrastructure， support leading forestry enterprises， overall consideration of small and medium-sized forestry enterprises， forestry enterprises to develop the platform and logistics construction， increase the e-commerce professional training， integration of forest products and e-commerce mode matching and other countermeasures.

随着信息化产业以及高新技术产业的快速发展，我国电子商务行业不断壮大，企业的信息化不断适应当今时代的发展变化趋势[1]。因此，越来越多的企业和个人开始思考如何发展自己的电子商务。目前国内外专家非常注重对电子商务方面的研究，但是通过阅读与电子商务有关的文章，发现学者们对于电子商务的研究范围广阔，并没有很好地将它细致的与各行各业相结合，笼统的概括为企业发展电子商务的现状、中小企业发展电子商务的困难及对策等。江嫔嫔在研究中提出中小企业发展电子商务交易模式遇到的阻碍和对策;Denis K的研究指出企业发展电子商务过程中的网络安全存在一定的危险，电脑易受到恶意病毒的攻击，从而影响线上交易双方的安全。蒲兴龙的研究指出中国目前发展电子商务所面临的困难和解决办法。……
