摘  要：文章以我国上市物流企业为研究对象，研究了智力资本对物流企业绩效的影响，以及环境动态性的调节作用。实证研究结果表明智力资本中的人力资本相较于结构资本更能对物流企业的绩效产生显著的正向影响，关系资本显著负向影响物流企业的绩效。环境动态性加强人力资本和结构资本与企业绩效的正向关系，削弱关系资本的负向影响。文章的研究结果为我国物流企业提升绩效，以及如何面临复杂多变的环境提供了一定的借鉴。

Abstract： Taking listed logistics enterprises as the research object， this paper studies the influence of intellectual capital on the performance of logistics enterprises and the regulating effect of environmental dynamics. The empirical results show that human capital in intellectual capital can have a significant positive impact on the performance of logistics enterprises compared with structural capital， and the related capital has a significant negative impact on the performance of logistics enterprises. Environmental dynamics strengthens the positive relationship between human capital and structural capital and enterprise performance， and weakens the negative relationship between them. The research results provide some reference for China's logistics enterprises to improve their performance and how to face complex and changeable environment.

20世纪“经济增长理论”的出现让人们认识到员工知识、创意等非实物资本的投入对提升企业发展能力的强大作用。21世纪是知识经济的时代。伴随着互联网等科技的发展，大数据等新兴科技越来越多的被运用到经济社会的发展中来。曾蔚（2012）认为人类社会知识累积速度越来越快。徐召红（2013）提出劳动力等实物资本的巨量投入提升经济增长的边际效应越来越低，取而代之的是智力资本这类无形资产。

近年来我国产业结构规模化、分工专业化发展成果显现出来，物流业发展成为不可忽视的新兴战略产业，在科技领域也展现出了良好的发展前景和势头。物流业渗透于国民经济发展的各行各业，是融合了运输、仓储、信息服务等产业的综合性服务行业。国家近年来出台很多帮扶政策积极鼓励物流业的发展。……
