【摘    要】目前，全国各地有越来越多的学校开始兴起社团活动，对于学生而言，社团活动有利于他们发展自身特长和提高综合素质。但是就当前的小学生社团组织建设情况来看，所取得效果并不理想，很多学校并没有展开深入的探索便贸然实行。在这种情况下，小学生社团活动的组织看似热闹，但其实并不能够取得实质性的效果。对此，本文就小学社团活动的组织提出了一些建议，并就小学社团活动的评价展开了探讨。

【Abstract】At present， more and more schools all over the country have started to develop community activities. For students， community activities are beneficial to develop their own specialties and improve their comprehensive quality. However， as far as the construction of primary school students' associations is concerned， the results are not satisfactory， and many schools have rashly implemented them without in-depth exploration. In this case， the organization of primary school students' community activities seems to be lively， but in fact it can not achieve substantial results. Therefore， the following article puts forward some suggestions on the organization of primary school community activities， and discusses the evaluation of primary school community activities.

小學社团是培养学生自身兴趣爱好和个性发展的重要平台，同时，小学社团活动的开展也能够在很大程度上丰富学生的校园生活。目前，小学社团的建设仍处于初期，其中存在着很多亟待解决的问题，如社团建设意识不明确，没有在社团活动中发挥学生的主体作用等，这些都会导致社团建设效果不理想，社团活动内容单一等问题出现。对此，笔者总结出了一些有利于有效地组织小学社团活动顺利开展的建议。

一、小学社团活动的组织策略

（一）积极拓宽社团活动领域，丰富学生活动场所

在不断拓宽社团活动领域，促使学生活动场所不断丰富的前提下，小学社团活动会变得更加生动多样。首先，因为学生兴趣爱好的驱动，小学社团活动不再局限于传统的文化圈，反而会不断地延伸。其次，学生的兴趣爱好并不固定，学生常常会受到新鲜事物的吸引，所以培养学生的兴趣爱好并不是一件非常困难的事情。……
