摘  要：飞行安全是民航最重要的主题之一。通过深入分析文献资料，总结了民航飞行安全的现状，运用Origin画图软件画出了近些年事故发生的变化曲线，结果表明，飞行事故的发生数和发生率逐年递减，发现进近和着陆阶段是事故的高发阶段。在此基础上，进一步从人、机、环境三个方面分析了影响飞行事故的关键因素，其中，飞行员操作失误和各部门人员沟通协调能力差是最常见的人为因素。最后从加强培训和沟通、完善标准、优化飞行环境等方面提出了改进措施。

Abstract： Flight safety is one of the most important topics in civil aviation. Based on the in-depth analysis of literature， this paper summarizes the current situation of flight safety in civil aviation， and draws the change curve of accidents in recent years with origin drawing software. The results show that the number and incidence of flight accidents are decreasing year by year， and it is found that the approach and landing stages are the most frequent stages of accidents. On this basis， the key factors affecting flight accidents are further analyzed from three aspects of human， aircraft and environment， among which pilot error and poor communication and coordination ability of various departments are the most common human factors. Finally， improvement measures are put forward from the aspects of strengthening training and communication， perfecting standards and optimizing flight environment.

在民航業，人们普遍关注的是飞行的安全问题，并且人们也采用了大量的措施来确保飞行的安全。随着我国经济的迅速发展以及经济水平的不断提高，中国民航现已经进入一个快速发展的阶段。随着民航服务国家经济、服务社会公众能力的逐步提高，中国航空也倾向于实现由大到强的跨越。对于飞机的要求包括：安全、快速、经济、舒适、环保，目前最看重的基本要求是：安全、经济、舒适，排在首位的是安全。然而，在航空快速发展的大背景下，民航的安全问题面临着巨大的压力。与民航发达国家相比，中国的飞行事故率一直处于比较低的水平，自改革开放以来，随着我国民航飞机设计与制造技术的进步，飞行安全问题得到了很大的改善。造成安全问题的因素有很多种，其中，近年来，人为因素导致的重大飞行事故所占的比例越来越高，据资料统计，人为因素造成的飞行事故占总事故数的70%，而且，近年来，由于人为操作不当所造成的事故比例也是显著增加的。……
