摘  要：现如今教育部对学生的综合素养提出了全新要求，广大教师理应在进行知识教学外，还要尝试提升学生的整体能力。这其中，口语交际的培养便是其中一大重要目标。本篇文章主要描述了培养学生口语交际能力的重要性，探讨了口语交际教学存在的不足，并对于小学语文教学培养学生交际能力的具体方法中发表一些个人的观点和看法。

Strategies for improving oral communication ability based on primary school Chinese core literacy

【Abstract】Nowadays，the Ministry of education has put forward new requirements for students' comprehensive quality. Teachers should try to improve students' overall ability in addition to knowledge teaching. Among them，the cultivation of oral communication is one of the important goals. This article mainly describes the importance of cultivating students' oral communication ability，discusses the shortcomings of oral communication teaching，and expresses some personal views on the specific methods of cultivating students' communication ability in primary school Chinese teaching.

对于口语教学而言，培养学生的语文能力一直都是非常重要的基本目标。早期在授课时，由于教师采取的方法存在问题，导致课堂教学效果不佳，影响了学生能力的提升。为此，教师就需要转变个人观念，应当基于核心素养的基础目标，结合教材本身，尝试对学生的口语交际水平予以培养，优化训练模式，创设良好氛围，鼓励学生积极开口，提升教学效果，进而确保其整体水平有所达标。

1.培养学生口语交际能力的重要性

对于人类而言，口语交际是其个人发展需要基本的基础技能，在日常生活中，主要表现在待人处事、聆听以及表达方面的基本能力。在现代社会中，人们彼此之间的交互已经变得十分频繁，交往范围也在持续扩大，使得口语交际能力给人们交流方面带来了非常大的作用。在核心素养的要求下，教师理应转变教学模式，注重学生口语交际能力的提高，以此使其综合水平有所提升。……
