摘 要：毕业设计是本科阶段重要的实践教学环节，也是大学四年的“重头戏”。在新的人才培养模式下，毕业设计要在教育模式、教育质量上有新的突破。加强设计内容的现实意义，是调整毕业设计的首要任务，在此基础上的多元化毕业设计实践模式也应运而生。

Abstract：Graduation project is an important practical teaching link in undergraduate stage，and it is also the "key play" of the University for four years.In the new mode of personnel training，graduation design should have a new breakthrough in education mode and quality.To strengthen the practical significance of the design content is the primary task of adjusting the graduation design.On this basis，the diversified graduation design practice mode also arises at the historic moment.

畢业设计是本科阶段综合性实践教学环节，主要以自主选题，“一人一课题”，毕业设计作品+毕业设计说明书形式完成。这一模式要求学生在大四最后一个学期，通过毕业设计作品的构思、设计及制作，体现出本科所学知识的系统性和综合应用能力。工艺美术专业的毕业设计是创作构思转化为实物作品的实施过程。这不仅体现了学生的设计能力，更反映出学生的工艺制作水平。这一模式虽有利于个体实践环节的评价考核，但对于作品创新性仍存在一定的局限性，且不利于学生综合能力的拓展。工艺美术专业本着培养高层次复合型人才目标，应在毕业设计实践环节中解决矛盾问题，寻求新的实践模式。从内容、形式、管理等问题上分别入手，探索多元化毕业设计实践模式。

一、以课程式启动毕业设计选题

毕业设计安排在最后一个学期存在许多弊端，若从课程中启发学生思考毕业设计选题，不仅能让学生早着手，也可切实提高毕业设计质量，培养学生的科研能力。

大四学生面临着找工作就业的问题，这一阶段大多心绪复杂，难以沉下心来搞创作，搞研究。……
