摘 要：化学是一门以实验为基础的学科，实验教学能力是化学师范生教学能力的重要组成部分。提升化学师范生实验教学能力，对于学生适应基础教育化学新课标的要求，适应新时代创新型师资队伍建设需要均具有重要意义。基于地方本科院校化学师范生实验教学能力相对较差的现状，以六盘水师范学院化学专业为例，通过调查分析，对地方本科院校师范生实验教学能力现状、存在问题进行了探析，并基于分析结果，提出了改进策略。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Experimental Teaching Ability

of Students in Chemistry Majorsof Local Universities

Abstract：Chemistry is a subject based on experiment，and experimental teaching ability is an important part of the teaching ability for students in chemistry major.It is of great significance for normal college students to improve their experimental teaching ability to adapt to the new curriculum standards of chemistry in basic education and to cultivate excellent chemistry teachers.Based on the current situation of poor experimental teaching ability of chemistry normal university students in local universities，and taking chemistry major of Liupanshui Normal University as an example，this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of experimental teaching ability of local normal university through investigation and analysis，and puts forward countermeasures based on the analysis results.

一、實验教学能力重要性分析

化学学科作为一门以实验和理论为基础的自然科学，它的产生和发展与科学实验是密不可分的;化学实验是人类认识和研究物质世界的一种科学方法，是培养学生实验探究能力与创新意识的重要途径[13]。对于化学师范生而言，实验教学能力是师范生教学能力的重要组成部分。提升师范生实验教学能力，对于学生适应基础教育化学新课标的要求，适应新时代创新型师资队伍建设需要具有重要意义。而对于中学生而言，化学实验不仅可以帮助学生在学习的过程中掌握新的化学概念，获得化学知识和实验相关技能，还能够激发学生对学习化学的兴趣，培养学生实验观察能力和解决相关化学问题的思维能力[4，5]。化学师范生是未来基础化学教育教师的生力军。基于此，培养化学师范生实验教学能力，对于促进师范生自身发展及化学基础教育的进步均具有重要意义[6，7]。……
