摘 要：高校学生管理工作信息化已经是大势所趋，亦是信息技术必然的发展趋势。信息化建设将使高校学生管理工作更科学、高效，促进学生管理工作信息化持续发展，提高综合管理水平，转变工作重点。本文以贵州商学院为例，分析了贵州商学院学生管理工作信息化存在的问题，提出改进学生管理工作信息化的建议。

The Analysis of Student Management Informatization in Colleges and universities——Taking Guizhou University of Commerce as an Example

Abstract：The informationization of student management in colleges and universities is already the trend of the general trend， and it is also the inevitable development trend of information technology. The construction of information technology will make the management of college students more scientific and efficient， promote the sustainable development of student management information， improve the level of comprehensive management， and change the focus of work. Taking Guizhou University of Commerce as an example， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the informationization of student management of Guizhou University of Commerce， and puts forward some suggestions to improve the informationization of student management.

當今时代，信息技术高速发展，各类信息系统的应用也日益普及，极大地方便了人们的工作和生活。早在2016年，国家网信办、发改委和工信部三个部门就联合发布了《国家信息化发展战略纲要》，在纲要中提出大力增强信息化发展能力，政府也多次强调信息化建设的重要作用，提出“要在全社会广泛应用信息技术，提高计算机和网络的普及应用程度，加快信息资源的开发利用”。

高校集合了大量的学生，学生管理工作呈现出面向个体多、事务细、需求需及时解决等特点，应用管理信息系统辅助学生管理工作已成为一种必须，如何应用相关信息系统及信息技术使学生管理工作高效进行已成为了促进高校学生管理工作的关键。

一、学生管理工作信息化的意义

学生管理工作信息化指的是充分利用信息技术，开发利用信息资源，促进信息交流和知识共享，提高学校信息工作者的工作效率。关于“信息化”的概念各研究者虽然有所不同，但其内容主要包括有：第一，信息化是一个过程概念，是开发、应用、普及的过程，也是发展的过程。……
