摘 要 在当前新课改教育教学的发展背景下，我国职业院校教学体系迎来了全新的改革。特别是针对高职院校毕业生的教学工作开展中，教师能够结合毕业准备教学环节为学生提供优质的教学服务与保障，且能够帮助学生构建正确的毕业思维，实现学生对个人职业能力、专业技术、个人发展等多方面的综合考虑效能提升。在这一背景下，研究将重点针对职业规划背景下的高职院校毕业生就业准备教学工作做深入探索和分析，希望能够借此了解当前高职院校毕业准备教学工作开展的现实状况，并依托教學现状查找教学问题，提出全新的问题解决思路和具体应用方法。在现实教学过程中，教师需要结合毕业生的专业技术水平、个人职业素养以及学生心理认知三方面的内容做深入论述与阐释，以此突出就业准备教学与辅导工作的开展方法、开展作用和开展价值。

Abstract Under the background of the new curriculum reform， the teaching system of vocational colleges in China has ushered in a new reform. Especially in the teaching work of higher vocational college graduates， teachers can provide high-quality teaching service and guarantee for students in combination with graduation preparation teaching， and help students build correct graduation thinking， so as to realize the improvement of students' comprehensive consideration of personal professional ability， professional technology， personal development and other aspects. In this context， the research will focus on the vocational college graduates' employment preparation teaching work under the background of career planning to do in-depth exploration and analysis， hoping to understand the current situation of vocational college graduates' employment preparation teaching work， and rely on the current teaching situation to find teaching problems， and put forward new problem solving ideas and specific application methods. In the real teaching process， teachers need to combine the graduates' professional and technical level， personal professionalism and students' psychological cognition to make in-depth discussion and interpretation， so as to highlight the development method， role and value of employment preparation teaching and counseling.

俗话说，机会永远会留给有准备的人。所以，教师对高职院校毕业生开展就业准备教学工作，能够有效的为学生建立一种科学的“机会意识”，且能够帮助学生构建有效的学习策略和学习方法，为学生的毕业准备工作做好支撑和帮助，为学生提供基础的就业保障、就业认知和就业能力。虽然在当前高职院校就业准备教学工作开展中教师能够依托现有的教学资源为学生提供优质的教学服务，但是从本质上分析，其中依然存在有很多问题值得关注与研究，且个别问题亟待商榷。……
