摘 要 互动式教学能真正激发学生的学习兴趣，培养终身学习能力和多种实践能力，是适应法学教学改革的新型课堂模式。互动式教学对教师和学生都提出了更高要求。针对目前互动教学中存在形式单一、僵化，互动效果差等问题，可以灵活采用如模拟法庭、法律诊所、课堂辩论等多种形式的互动实践模式，同时开展分组研讨式课堂教学，建构师生互动、生生互动的教学模式。

Abstract The goal of law education is to cultivate innovative legal talents with various practical abilities. Interactive teaching can really stimulate students' interest in learning and cultivate their lifelong learning ability and practical ability. Interactive teaching puts forward higher requirements for both teachers and students. At present， there are some problems in the interactive teaching， such as single form， rigid， poor interaction effect， etc. we can flexibly carry out various forms of interactive practice teaching， such as simulated court， legal clinic， classroom debate and so on. At the same time， group discussion class teaching is carried out to construct the teaching mode of teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction.

填鸭式课堂的死记硬背限制了学生的思维发展，让他们无法通过思考获得有价值的知识和良好的学习体验。①互动式教学，旨在使教师和学生之间建立平等互动和资源共享，在知识、情感、思想、精神方面有相互融合与贯通，师生处在一个教学相长、寓教于乐的课堂环境中，这是互动教学应有的教学情境。

1 互动式教学的独特功能和重要意义

新时代法学教育的目标是培养具有多种实践能力和创新精神的法治人才，而传统的授课模式无法满足培养学生综合素质与能力的需求，甚至有可能会扼杀学生的求知欲望。在传统课堂教学模式中，从头至尾由教师主讲，学生只需要坐在下面“听”，有时用笔记一记，很多学生甚至连笔都懒得动了，拿手机一张张拍下老师的PPT，考试前背一背就行了。这样培养出来的学生必然是思维固化，缺乏创新精神的。当今时代的学生思想解放、富有激情，对社会现实问题有自己独立的见解，求知、求真、求新意识强烈。……
