摘 要 土地整治工程专业在生态文明建设和美丽中国建设背景下孕育而生。目前，全国已有十几所高校开设该专业，但专业和课程体系设置尚处于不断探索和完备阶段。遥感、全球导航卫星系统和地理信息系统构成的3S技术体系是现代土地整治的关键支撑，也是土地整治工程专业学生必须掌握的专业基础技能，本研究在分析3S技术在土地整治中的作用的基础上，探讨工程认证背景下土地整治专业中3S相关课程体系建设。

Abstract he Land Consolidation Engineering was established under the background of ecological civilization and beautiful China. At present， more than ten universities have set up this specialty， but the specialty and curriculum system are still in the stage of exploration and perfection. The 3S technology system composed of Remote Sensing， Global Navigation Satellite System and Geographic Information System is the key support of modern land consolidation. The 3S techniques are the professional basic skills that the students of Land Consolidation Engineering must have. Based on the analysis of the role of 3S technology in land consolidation， the paper discusses the construction of 3S related curriculum system in Land Consolidation Engineering under the background of engineering education professional accreditation.

土地是人類赖以生存与发展的重要资源和物质保障，随着经济的高速发展，城市化水平不断提高，人地矛盾越来越尖锐，稀缺的土地资源已经成为制约可持续发展战略的一个重要因素。土地整治是对低效利用、不合理利用和未利用的土地进行治理，对生产建设破坏和自然灾害毁坏的土地进行恢复利用，以提高土地利用率的活动，[1]是提高土地利用效率、增加有效耕地面积和实现土地资源可持续利用的重要手段。从《土地复垦条例》到《全国土地整治规划（2016—2020年）》再到《土壤污染防治行动计划》，土地整治涉及国家粮食安全、生态安全、城镇化、新农村建设、可持续发展等诸多领域，已经上升为国家战略部署。

土地整治国家战略和相关行业的发展，需要高层次、复合型专业人才支撑。 2017年，教育部批准中国地质大学（北京）和长安大学成为全国首批开创土地整治工程专业的高校。……
